A certified residential appraiser whose career responsibilities span a range of public, institutional, and private assignments dealing with condemnations, tax matters, mortgage financing, and general valuation and evaluation questions; assignments have dealt with industrial properties, office buildings, hotels/motels, gasoline service stations, churches, post offices, schools, land tracts, apartment complexes, agricultural land, and residential properties. Walt is also the Managing Director/Residential Appraiser for Copeland & Copeland, Inc. a position he has held for approximately 30 years. He was previously a Vice President, Partner and Director at Pomeroy Appraisal Associates, Inc. serving as Partner in charge of Residential Valuation Division (1981-86). Walt’s vast appraisal experience is a true asset to our TGA clients.
